Scheduling a consultation does not constitute an application for insurance coverage. Appointments are with a licensed insurance professional and are provided at no cost. If your consultation will include Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D plans, CMS requires a Scope of Appointment form to be completed at least 48 hours before we meet, so those appointments can't be booked sooner than that. The Scope of Appointment does not obligate you to enroll.
