How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide health insurance quotes, respond to inquiries, assist with enrollment, schedule appointments, communicate with you about coverage, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with our enrollment partner HealthSherpa to generate quotes and process enrollment, with insurance carriers as needed for applications, and with service providers who help us operate our business under appropriate safeguards, such as our customer relationship management and scheduling platform and our website hosting and database providers. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in, ProtecWise may send text messages to the number you provide about your inquiry, appointments, and coverage. Opting in is not required to receive our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes; we share them only with service providers that help us deliver messages.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
